1. An office or store must be secured to conduct business in Japan.
2.There must be at least two permanent staff members in addition to the manager.
3.At least one full-time employee must be hired who is either a Japanese national, a Permanent Resident, a Spouse or Child of a Japanese National, a Spouse or Child of a Permanent Resident, or a foreign national with a Long-Term Visa.
4.The total investment should exceed JPY 5,000,000. The source of capital will also be reviewed.
5.The applicant must commence or actively engage in the operation of the business.
6.The business must demonstrate both stability and continuity.
After completing the company establishment, you will need to apply for operational permits for certain industries such as:
- Trade
- Restaurant business
- Recycling
- Travel agency
- Personnel dispatching
- Real estate business
- Construction business
